Complete our simple one page lease application by typing your information online into the form fields. Print, Sign, and fax your application to Capital Resources toll free at 1-800-566-7610.  Your application will be immediately processed.  Once approved, a form outlining your terms and rates will be faxed or emailed to you. Upon your approval, a contract will be generated and transmitted to you for authorization. Once an authorized contract is received by us, we will call you to confirm delivery and acceptance of the equipment. We pay the equipment vendor the total purchase price and you pay for the use of your equipment over time.  End of term purchase options include one dollar and fair market value.  It's that simple.
